    THAT the Agenda of June 16, 2021 be approved as circulated, including any additions to the Agenda.

Re: Victim Services Grant - One Year Review

    THAT The Blue Mountains Police Services Board receives for information the deputation of Detachment Sergeant Terry Paddon, OPP regarding Victim Services Grant - One Year Review.

Re: Community Engagement During COVID-19 Pandemic

    THAT The Blue Mountains Police Services Board receives for information the deputation of Constable Clyde Vivian, OPP Mental Health Response Unit regarding community engagement during COVID-19 Pandemic.

    THAT The Police Services Board receive Staff Report FAF.21.111, entitled “Security Alarm By-law Snapshot” for information;

    AND THAT the Police Services Board recommend to Council that the review and potential updating of the Security Alarm By-law would be beneficial and provide good insight while finalizing the consideration of proposed updated Fees and Charges;

    AND THAT The Police Services Board recommend to Council that consideration of the proposed changes to the current program fees be included in the 2022 Municipal Budget deliberations.
