We would like to begin our meeting by recognizing the First Nations, Metis and Inuit peoples of Canada as traditional stewards of the land.  The municipality is located within the boundary of Treaty 18 region of 1818 which is the traditional land of the Anishnaabek, Haudenosaunee and Wendat-Wyandot-Wyandotte peoples.

    THAT the Agenda of September 28, 2022 be approved as circulated, including any additions to the Agenda.

NOTE: In accordance with the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act and the Town Procedural By-law 2021-76, The Blue Mountains Police Services Board Members must file a written statement of the interest and its general nature with the Clerk for inclusion on the Registry.

    THAT The Blue Mountains Police Services Board minutes of June 15, 2022 and The Blue Mountains Special Police Services Board minutes of May 25, 2022 Public Meeting be approved as circulated, including any revisions to be made.

    THAT the Detachment Commander's Report 2022 for the 2nd Quarter for The Blue Mountains Police Services Board be received as presented this 28th day of September 2022.

    THAT The Blue Mountains Police Services Board (PSB) appoint Kyra Dunlop, Deputy Clerk, as the Secretary of The Blue Mountains PSB and designates her as the signing authority for the Board.
